Miura Board Inc. is currently testing the waters on WEFUNDER to evaluate investor interest in its future equity offering. The company is preparing for the next stage of its growth: bringing manufacturing to the United States and scaling a proven circular-economy technology.

WHY MIURA BOARD®

Performance meets circular economy

Durable by design

Zero water absorption, resistance to rot, mold, chemicals, UV and termites, with strong ASTM-certified mechanical properties.

100% recycled

A patented, zero-water process transforms commingled plastic waste and post-consumer carpet into fully recycled composite panels.

Built for demanding markets

The panels are positioned for sustainable infrastructure, marine, construction and other applications requiring long-lasting, low-maintenance materials.

RESHORING TO THE USA

Manufacturing in Jacksonville, Florida

Miura Board is working to reshore production to the United States through a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, Florida.

Local production is expected to reduce logistics costs and lead times, strengthen supply security and support expansion across the US market.

TRACTION & SCALE

From commercial traction to US manufacturing

Miura Board sales began in Miami in 2023 and have expanded into European and US markets. Revenue from the sale of imported panels is projected to reach approximately $0.8 million in 2026, representing a reported 275% CAGR between 2024 and 2026.

The Jacksonville manufacturing strategy is intended to move the business from importing finished panels toward domestic production, improving economics while creating capacity for future growth.

Technology

Patented process

US Patent 12,521,929 B2 was issued in January 2026 for a novel lamination-based panel manufacturing process.

Circular economy

Waste into value

The technology targets hard-to-recycle plastic waste and carpet fibers, creating a higher-value material from difficult waste streams.

Additional revenue

Plastic recycling credits

The project is being developed to qualify for Verra Waste Recycling Credits, potentially creating an additional revenue stream alongside panel sales.

WHY NOW

A convergence of market trends

Miura Board is positioned at the intersection of several structural trends: increasing demand for sustainable infrastructure, pressure to reduce plastic waste, growth of the circular economy and renewed investment in domestic US manufacturing.

By combining recycled feedstock, proprietary manufacturing technology and a US reshoring strategy, the company aims to build a scalable platform for next-generation composite materials.
